1969 Z28 Camaro Gold & Black, w correct cross-ram.
If in 1969 you wanted the baddest high revving car made this was it, a base camaro coupe cost $2726 by adding $458 RPO Z28 package you received, F41 handling suspension w E70X15 raised letter tires on 7 inch wide rims, twin rally stripes, cowl induction hood, front disc brakes, Hurst 4 speed and to top it all off a solid-lifter 302 cid motor that could rev up to 7000rpm with a 850cfm 4 barrel carb. Factory rating was 290 horse power/ the truth was closer to 400 horse power on the dyno.
If you had something to prove and a fat wallet to match in the day you added a $500 factory option, but dealer installed cross-ram manifold w/ twin 4 barrel 600 cfm holleys.
This car has all the rare options z28/DZ, cross-ram manifold and to top it all out a rare aztec Gold exterior w/ black stripes, black vinyal top and black interior.
Also a little known fact, In 1969 the DZ motor had three different levels denoted by marking on the block. This monster has the highest designation of the 3 reserved for factory/sponsored Teams of the Era.
All this adds up to one of the rarest motown muscle cars to come out of the 1960's.
